What is a Bringsel?
A bringsel is an alternative alert that can be effective for clear indication of a alert tasks. While pawing and nose budging are typically seen some dogs can use this for attention and may be conflicting. A bringsel shows clear indication to the alert task at hand.
We use M.D. Dogs method of training and sizing bringsels for service dogs.

Appropiate sizing is important for both the dog and handler to have the ability to use this tool with ease. There is also preference on thickness and material as some bringsels can be made out of flex tube, paracord, or even wooden dowels.
